First impressions count and some say because I have lots of street appeal and that it wouldn't be difficult to see how I could scrub up and make my new owner proud! I need a bit of work to get me back into my groove - but let me fill you in on the basics: 3 bedrooms and I'm happy to report that my loo is separate to the bathroom, especially good for families! Ive got the standard thing going with the open plan kitchen/dining but wait..off my lounge is a conservatory that is like so, so great! I'm hoping that my new owners will give the greens in the front of my glass a bit of a trim up and let just a bit more sun in...that will make such a difference!
My laundry is at the back door which is super coz all that dirty linen can stay in one place (out of sight)and its a breeze down the steps to the back yard. And speaking about my back yard.....well you just wait for summer when my plum tree gets into action to give you fresh juicy plums! Yum! The blossoms will appear soon and transform the yard from drab to fab for weeks. The citrus trees are pretty choice as well. Plenty of space on my lawn to ensure there is room to play, chill out and grow some veges even.
To my side is the free standing decent sized single garage, placed so there is off street parking. And guess what else....here you can keep the kids, pets and cars safe by shutting the gate on my fully fenced boundary!
How about sending the agent that's taking care of my marketing an email or give him a call. He calls me a BID and GAIN opportunity...and tells me that it wont be long til someone comes along to get me spruced up to be loved again. YAY!
