This street front, fully fenced, sheltered property has a lovely yard surrounding where the current tenants have had a great vege garden. In the front yard a superb macademia tree is currently loaded with nuts! It takes less than a minute to walk to the local greenmeadows shopping centre.
Yes this property is tired, but just think what a clean up and paint will do!
